A Building Project Manager job to start immediately, delivering Capital Works Projects in for Council

Your new company
A Local Council in Melbourne's North is seeking a Senior Building Project Manager to oversee concurrent building projects for an initial 6 month tenure. This role is highly likely to extend beyond with good performance.

Your new role
In this role you will be required to oversee multiple capital works projects from end to end, including:

• New build, refurbishment and redevelopment projects to buildings
• Scoping works/masterplanning
• Reviewing documentation
• Overseeing tender processes
• Engaging with consultants
• Overseeing construction
• Managing defects and liability periods

What you'll need to succeed
To experience success in this role, you must:

• Possess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Have a customer-driven mindset
• Have a technical qualification in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management or related field
• Have demonstrated experience in managing multiple capital works building projects
