The company

They pride themselves on delivering a sophisticated service along with top service. They are currently working on projects such as hospitals, schools, data centers, commercial and retail. Their projects range from $10M - $50M.

The role
You will join the company as a services manager, coordinating and managing all the electrical aspects of each project. You will work alongside one other services manager, who mainly looks after mechanical aspects, and you will coordinate and correspond regarding issues , projects, timeline etc. You will be expected to manage sub contractors as you will be the main point of contact for electrical services so it will be your sole responsibility to ensure all services are smoothly installed and are fully functional. 

What you need to be considered 
-  Must have experience working with a head contractor/builder 
-  Work experience in Australia is a must
-  Previous experience working as a services manager is essential
-  A degree and strong working knowledge within Electrical
-  Management experience is required
-  Be able to work on your own initiative
