Role:

Reporting to a Project Manager, you will be working across a mix of commercial fitout and refurbishments, assisting the team in managing all the day to day duties as required to seamlessly run a project from initial brief through to handover.

• The efficient and effective management of the commercial and contractual activities on the project.
• Directing and coordinating cost engineering, cost reporting and forecasting.
• Preparation of monthly progress claims for work completed.
• Assisting in the preparation of request for quotations for subcontracts and supply items.
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers and arrange and supply contracts to be let.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• Previous Contract Administration or Cadet experience - Ideally in the Commercial Fitout space
• A tertiary qualification or trade in construction would be highly regarded
• Self-motivated personality and proven track record of meeting deadlines
• A fun and friendly demeaner and a co-operative team player attitude to suit the company culture

Salary on offer:

Remuneration will be commensurate with existing experience and skills - $70K - $90K + Super
