Your new Company:
Our client is a market leader Tier 2 commercial construction company which has seen steady growth over last few years. Your new Role:
Working alongside the Directors who are very hands on, you will be responsible for estimating tenders & quotes, and ensuring that these tenders are accurate, submitted on time and within the conditions of the tender. You will be engaging with internal and external stakeholders with the role including some site based work.
Skills and Experience:
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Degree qualifications in civil engineering
- Experience in similar Tier 2 commercial construction companies
- Working with like for like projects of $5m - $40m value, with a minimum of 5 years commercial construction experience.
- Experience with EOI’s and submissions.
- A strong financial, business and commercial acumen with the ability to write and execute effective cost plans
- High level attention to detail & the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Enthusiastic and strong work ethic with a passion for working in the commercial construction industry
