YOUR Next Employer is a Brisbane Developer/Builder whom specialise in multi residential unit developments and townhouses. They are on track to delivering a variety of residential developments across Southwest of Brisbane and Ipswich and have a strong pipeline of work. Due to supply and demand they are after a strong Site Manager to run there projects.

YOUR Role as a Site Manager will see you become an integral part of their success and this role provides a genuine opportunity to show case your skills gained from medium rise multi residential construction. You will be number one on site and responsible for the overall delivery of the project.

YOUR Experience will centre around the following areas:

Medium rise construction background with tenure in your CV
Carpentry Trade qualified
Must hold a Supervisors or Builders licence
You will demonstrate strong leadership qualities and expert knowledge
Expert persuasive communication style
Team orientated and can-do attitude
Willingness to create and maintain a safe work place
Strong IT knowledge a distinct advantage.
