Rawcorp are a Gold Coast based construction company which have been continually growing with new projects arising in Brisbane. Rawcorp specialize in multi residential, commercial and industrial builds. The well known company have been busy with developments throughout the Gold Coast and Brisbane region and an opportunity has become available for an experienced Finishing Foreman to join the team..
To be considered for the position you will need:
- Minimum 7 years experience in all aspects of construction, specializing in between 30-60 townhouses.
- Must be able to complete projects on budget, co-ordinate trades and suppliers.
- The ability to build relationships with our clients.
- Must be competent with programming all structural and finishing elements.
- Self motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to deliver quality projects on time.
- Basic computer skills.
- Must be available for immediate start
