An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Small Works / Fitout Foreman who is seeking a long career with one of Australia’s leading builders. This position exists within our well established and successful South Australian Team.
  
Our upcoming pipeline of high-profile projects has seen the need for multiple enthusiastic individuals to join the team.
  
Built have recently secured multiple exciting and challenging projects with an enthusiastic Foreman welcomed to join the team immediately. Upcoming projects include new build and education, commercial and retail refurbishments and fitouts ranging from $50K to $10M.
  
Suitable applicants will ideally possess the following:

• Carpentry trade (or similar) qualifications
• Experience with strong mid-tier contractors
• A strong history of building projects around $5M
• Exposure to internal structures and/or complex and challenging fitouts
• Most importantly, prior experience as a Foreman where you have led a team in driving a project with a tight deadline to completion whilst maintaining high quality outcomes.
