• Projects range from $30mil to $90mil 

The Position

• Co-ordinate trades in designated areas.
• Identify and rectify defects.
• Coordinate materials, timely deliveries and logistic, including storage
• Induction of subcontractors & site labour
• Liaise and manage sub contractors.
• Run project to the construction programme & specification
• Oversee quality of workmanship

Must Have

• Building trade background or Building Quals
• Demonstrated history as Site Manager on these types of jobs (min Tier 2 experience)
• Right to work in Australia (not requiring sponsorship)
