Zentos Constructions is a rapidly growing Domestic Building Company. We Build Multi Townhouse Development Sites, Dual Occupancy and Client Contract work. We Pride ourselves on our Personal Service “NOTICE THE DIFFERENCE” and are seeking an experienced and exceptional Site Supervisor, reporting directly to the Company Director.
Role and Responsibility
- Overseeing key elements of fast-paced residential projects from start to finish
- Ensuring construction is carried out within the company's and relevant statutory safety and quality standards, as well as set time-frames
- Engage and manage sub-contractors
- Report directly to the Company Director and provide updates and reports on a weekly basis
- Liaise with all Zentos employees
- Liaise directly with the developers and clients
- Enforce and maintain strict OH&S compliance
- Use Building Software BuildXact and Data Build
- Maintain quality control and have a “nothing is too hard” attitude about fixing site issues
- Represent Zentos with professionalism at all times
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- A proven carpentry or relevant trade background
- Minimum Cert IV in Building & Construction, Diploma is Preferred
- Have good time management and communication skills
- Be honest, reliable, punctual, hardworking and diligent
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to time manage, problem solve & meet deadlines
- Be self-motivated and a team player

- Rate of Pay depending on your Experience $75,000 - $95,000.
