The Company?

They are one of Sydney’s leading builders of Custom Homes and House & Land packages, and are based in in Western Sydney. Due to the increasing number of projects, they are looking for an Senior Sales Estimator, who will be reporting to the Sales Estimating Manager.

You will be involved in the entire process, taking clients through their journey by providing assistance to all internal stakeholders with tender and variation pricing as well as project consolidation prior to going to construction. You will be exposed to custom designs, H&L packages, multi residential construction and estate work. You will need to be able to fulfill the following criteria:

• Providing tender price for Contract / Custom house designs
• Raising variations (tender / post contract/colour selection).
• Consolidating documentation as required throughout the project journey.

What attribute do you need?

• Ability to work both autonomously as well as part of the team.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Sales Estimator in High Volume Residential construction.
• Have a good understanding of construction methods.
• Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Databuild experience is Preferred but not essential
• Accurate and attention to detail
