We are currently working with a well-known Tier 2 construction company who are looking for a site manager to join them on a Education project in Kensington. The company was founded in 2007 and focus on new construction, refurbishment and fit-out. They are going from strength to strength and with a strong pipeline of work in place it is a great time to join them.
  
As the Site Manager on this project you will be reporting into the Project Manager onsite and your day to day job will include:

• Ensuring all sub-contractors and employees adhere to the OH&S onsite
• Liaising with the client to give regular updates of progress of project
• Ensuring the project completion is running to both schedule and budget
• Control of all site deliveries and materials

  
Experience requirements for the Site Management role:

• To be from a trade background
• To have worked in the Sydney industry for at least 5 years+
• Have a diverse experience across all construction sectors.
• To be personable and fantastic organisation skills
