All Doors is an established garage door business in its 48th year of trading. A family owned company servicing the Toowoomba Region, Lockyer Valley, Granite Belt, Darling Downs and Western Qld. 

We require a team player and it would be expected that the person would have strong customer service and sales skills as well as being a natural problem solver.

The applicant is required to have 5 years plus experience in the industry including installation and repair of residential/commercial/industrial doors and motors as well as gates and other automatic access products including PE beams, keypads, basic intercoms and other automatic accessories.

It is preferred that applicants are trade qualified, e.g. electrical/welding/carpentry

The position being essentially Mon to Fri however will include occasional weekend emergency work.

Preferred Skills
•    Sound welding skills for commercial/industrial installations as well as minor fabrication works.
•    Strong electrical knowledge for installation and maintenance problem solving. 

As senior member of the team you will work closely with business owner/manager and also provide exceptional leadership to the operational team.

1.0 Senior Technician/Installer

• Attend weekly meetings
• Maintain vehicle and tool in clean, orderly and functional manner. Replace items lost or left behind.
• Maintain vehicle consumable and stock levels
• Load job specific tools and stock
• Carry out work to a high level of workman ship.
• Maintain ownership of uncompleted tasks including proving parts list required from stock or order and follow up until finished.
• Job sites to be left clean and tidy
• Installations are to be carried out to All doors and manufacturers guidelines including recommended fixings.
• Carry out final inspections and attached stickers.
• Maintain precise job notes in job management system (simpro) inc travel, time on site, works completed, job specific assets notes for future reference, future work recommendations and compliance sign off
• Adhere to company values and maintain awareness of company direction
• Be respectful to all stakeholders inc co workers, customers and the general public.
• Safety is a priority, ensure aware of company policy and PPE to be used appropriately at all times. Any breaches in safety or incidents are to be reported to manager as soon as practical.
