Immediate Start

Commworx are experiencing rapid growth due to major works within the civil construction industry, projects involve works in communications, infrastructure building and rail across Newcastle, Sydney, regional NSW and Brisbane areas. As a result, we are looking for multiple positions to be filled in Sydney and Regional NSW for people prepared to travel. Commworx is looking to engage the following disciplines:

•          Labourers
•          Cable Haulers, Pit installers
•          Aerial Technicians, Fibre/Copper
•          Truck drivers and Excavator Operators
•          Supervisors and Team Leaders

These roles will be initially on a casual basis and fulltime will be offered on review. Work will be 40 hours a week with overtime available. If commuting from the Central Coast the company may be able to provide car pooling options as a large amount of staff commute from the Coast. For staff prepared to apply themselves Commworx will assist with providing training to improve qualifications. 

Desired skills/accreditation:

Must be available to complete the required paperwork including inductions and any training requirements needed

1. Perform manual tasks
2. Hard working and committed
3. Positive attitude
4. Must have a current drivers licence and reliable vehicle (HR preferred but not essential)
5. White card
6. Hauling experience preferred 
7. First aid and CPR accredited (or willingness to obtain)
8. Traffic control ticket - Yellow Card (or willingness to obtain)
9. Asbestos ticket (or willingness to obtain)
10. Service location ticket (or willingness to obtain if required)
