Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role will see you managing multiple commercial fit out/refurbishment projects between $300K - $6MIL. Working from our Burwood Office and on-site, you'll be expected to lead, plan, resource, drive and control project delivery, developing the construction strategy and mitigating risk. Ultimately, you will lead and motivate a team, including partnering with subcontractors, to achieve flawless execution of projects within the contractual conditions, time frames, scope and budget.

Our ideal candidate looks like...

• Technically proficient, with minimum 5 years' experience in Project Management across extensions/refurbishments and/or new builds
• Proven experience managing projects at least $10MIL in value
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, staging, managing project budgets, owning cost control, eliminating risk and contract management
• Completes projects within time frames and under budget
• Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills
• A high regard for safety 
• Treats suppliers and subcontractors as genuine partners, an essential part of achieving success
• Previous experience managing projects in live environments preferred
• Proficiency in relevant software packages (e.g. Jobpac, Cheops or similar) a bonus
• An Australian resident/qualified to work in Australia
