Within Council's Community Infrastructure Program, the Capital Delivery Coordinator leads a small team of project managers with responsibility for delivering the Sport, Leisure and Facilities Branch capital works program. Capital works projects include a broad range of project types, comprise new assets and major renewals and range from small projects up to multi-million dollar facilities. Responsibilities of the team extend from developing project scopes, engaging and managing design consultants, through to administration of construction contracts.
Responsibilities include:
- The coordination of the Sport, Leisure and Facilities Branch Community Facilities capital works program
- Providing leadership to professional staff on technical, commercial, contractual, operational and performance matters
- Developing project scopes and project technical requirements
- Developing design briefs and construction briefs for both minor and major capital projects

We're looking for our next Capital Delivery Coordinator with the following experience/qualifications:
- Degree qualification in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management or related field
- Experience in leading a team of professionals in facility design and construction project management
- Experience in developing project scopes in conjunction with non-technical stakeholders to meet the desired outcomes
