Site Manager
Are you a Site Manager with extensive experience across sub division / civil construction projects? Then we want to talk to you. WorkPac are seeking an experienced Site Manager for the Brisbane area and for on going projects in various locations. You must be ok with Travelling, car included in package.
We are seeking a Site Manager who has extensive knowledge in civil construction works, subdivision and who can operate a 140m to final trim pavements when required.
Working with a highly motivated, client side project management team, you will be responsible for all onsite activities including coordination of plant equipment and personnel, site safety and quality control as well as hands on approach.
The role will include:
- Experience overseeing sub division projects
- Ability to read & interpret engineering drawings
- Awareness of QA & OH & S issues on site
- Experience managing project costs / diary
- Ability to manage 5/6 different contractors on site making sure they run in line with the project
- Plant operator experience will be highly regarded - Grader
- Must be approachable / well communicative
- Have excellent project tenure
As the onsite Manager, you will report to the Project Manager. This position will suit an individual with a steady history and proven track record of delivering projects. Work week will generally be M-F with Saturdays as required. This role will be to start in late July - August 2018.
