Who You'll Work For
This major family home builder has been around the Sydney market for a long time, with strong systems and processes in place to help you help us build our customers dream home.
Easy going in their approach to new starters, you will receive training, support and guidance from an extremely good Area Manager, HR and fellow supervisors on settling into the company.
The area is around Blacktown, Quakers Hill, The Ponds and Marayong.
What You Need
We value people who know how to build a home, if you have a carpentry trade and your builders license, we encourage you to apply. Those with prior project home experience will be highly favoured.
Having supervised new home builds yourself, your experience is recognised here. If you have the passion and drive, we can equip you with the skills you need to run the sites.
Customer service is a big part of the role, so a friendly disposition and patience for customer enquiries is essential.
What You'll Get
We use an onsite tablet system that is user friendly, and an Area Manager who has many years industry experience, and an outstanding reputation. He was a supervisor himself in the industry. You will really gain invaluable experience here.
Salary will be up to $110k plus super, brand new dual cab 4WD and tablet & phone. The salary base may vary depending on your experience, but good experience will obtain the top dollar.
15 new homes (this number will vary I'm sure you would know!) will be entrusted to you to Supervise in the North Western area - can be difficult sites, knock-down-rebuild, double storey, single story and duplexes.
