About the role
Reporting to the ACT Head of Construction, this role requires an experienced Site Manager who is looking for the opportunity to run their own sites. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Liaising with clients;
- Managing sub-contractors;
- Co-ordinating site resources and trades; and
- WHS compliance
To be successful for this role, you must have:
- At least 5 year experience in a similar role;
- Previous experience in residential homes is required;
- Demonstrate the ability to manage, negotiate and co-ordinate trades;
- Possess excellent communication skills;
- Have a current trade licence or similar;
- Be WHS focused
