Melbourne based formwork specialists, delivering high quality projects with major clients all over Victoria and Australia. Over the last number of years my client has built a high reputation based on professionalism, safety and undisputed efficiency using cutting edge formwork systems from Doka, Peri and Ischebeck Titan. Taking on on full structural packages in the Civil & Commercial space. 


Responsibilities:

• Ensure all project staff adheres to company WHS policies & Site Management plans 
• Communicate effectively with Management, Clients, Subcontractors, and Suppliers
• Co-ordinate/facilitate and undertake site inductions, daily pre-starts, and weekly toolbox talks.
• Set clear roles and responsibilities for their workforce outlining not just the deliverables but timeframes and the method in which you want tasks delivered.
• Generate clear and detailed site records, RFI’s, Site Instructions, Day Works and Day sheets.
• Submit all paperwork in accordance with the timeframes specified

  
About You 
To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Previous experience in a similar role in the above-mentioned skill sets
• Commitment to working in a safe and efficient manner
• Experience working for a reputable head or subcontractor 
• Ability to deliver concrete packages up to $25m 
• Trade / tertiary qualified
