Multi-Award Winning and well reputed head contractor with a market leading presence in Sydney Construction sector. They work across all commercial sectors, including hospitality, education, health, state and federal government, retail and large scale fit-out & building refurbishment. 

They currently have a remarkable portfolio of projects driving revenue across the east coast upward of $100M for this financial year with another $60M worth of projects in the pipeline - the majority of which will be repeat business with their blue chip clients. 

Being a senior role this Twill be significant, integral and well respected position within the business and will put you at the forefront of a rapidly growing company that has enjoyed tremendous success over the past 20 years which has seen them develop a formidable team with a true national presence.

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Site Management of Commercial Build / Fit-Out & Refurbishment Projects
• Reporting of Site Activities & Managing Quality of Build 
• Construction Programming 
• Ensure all Health and Safety standards are upheld to the highest standard 
• Coordinate all Subcontractors
• Focal point of contact for consultants & all trades where necessary

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• 5-7 years experience as a Site Manager - Commercial Build 
• Trade qualified or Degree Qualified in Construction Management & Economics
• Experience running government projects 
• Strong computer skills and advanced Microsoft packages
• Strong communication skills
