The Company
Our client is a CBD based commercial building company focusing on interiors, fitout and refurbishments across commercial office & base building, health & aged care, education, hotel & hospitality, government and retail sectors and are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team.

The Role
As the Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the Procurement process and manage the relationship with the client. You will work closely with your site manager to keep your trades on track and ultimately deliver the project on time and within budget. You will have a key focus on detail and thrive on the challenge achieving a high-end finish as specified by the client.
  
About You
You will have a minimum of five years proven experience as a Project Manager in the fitout and refurb space with good references to match. The ability to achieve and maintain good relationships with subbies and key stake holders through good communication skills is absolutely essential. Ideally, you are well-rehearsed in fitout projects across varied sectors, up to $5mil.
