The Company
Our client is one of Sydney's most dynamic and innovative residential builder developer. They have a reputation for their thinking outside the box and for delivering a quality product for their clients.
They have excellent client relationships and have built a business based on culture and for providing a high level of service and product.
Due to a new project win, they have a newly created Contracts Administrator role to deliver a $30M residential apartment project in Sydney's western suburbs.
Description
Working from their head office in Chatswood and reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will have responsibility for subcontractor management, negotiation, claims, variations, invoicing and procurement for this award-winning builder.
The role would suit someone looking for a career growth path from their employer, as well as the opportunity to work on some of Sydney's most innovative developments
Profile
With a demonstrated background in working for a commercial builder in Sydney you will have 2-3 years’ post grad experience on delivering projects valued up to $20M, as well as having exceptional people management skills, excellent stakeholder management ability and the ability to work autonomously and success.
