About the role

We are currently on the lookout for a motivated and energetic staff member to join our team as a  Building Surveyor or Trainee in the Darwin office on a full time basis. Full training will be provided for the successful candidate.

The key tasks of the role:

- Assessment of plans and issuing of Building Permits

- Issuing of occupancy permits

- Conducting site inspections

- Liaising and building relationships with clients

Remuneration will be based on experience.

Skills and experience

To be considered for this position, you will preferably be:

• Completed a Building Surveying Degree or higher course or Studying or eligible to study  a degree in Building Surveying or equivalent 
• Have excellent written and verbal Communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Excellent computer skills
