The Client
My client has recently won several iconic projects in Sydney and are now in a position to bring on an experience Mechanical Project Manager. Having been established for well over 40 years, they have increased in size year on year until they are now classified well and truly as a Tier 1 Company within the HVAC industry. My client's reputation is one of the best in the industry - they have a track record of internal promotion, their products are someone of the best out there and their internal culture is the envy of their competitors.
The Role
- Identify, manage & coordinate labour requirements, trade resources and supply of material for a variety of commercial HVAC installations
- Conduct design & on-site inspections
- Deliver team leadership for up to 40 staff
- Be responsible for all cost control and associated financial reporting
- Provide high level face to face client consultation services
Requirements
- Mechanical Trade background OR related Diploma or Degree level qualifications
- 3-5 years HVAC Project Management experience
- Local market experience - Ideally Sydney
- Excellent understanding of plant refurbishment and fit outs up to $1million
