SITE SUPERVISOR
Looking for an experienced Site Supervisor with 5 years working with the same Home Builder and at least 3 of those in a Site Management or Supervisory role. Ideally you will have a strong network of industry trades to call upon and be able to mentor, train, supervise and manage - ensuring quality of work within the desired timeframe. The company has some upcoming work throughout Sydney and you will need to be flexible on traveling between sites and Head Office.

About the role of Site Supervisor:
- Manage on-site subcontractors across multiple sites
- Ensure that homes are built within budget and agreed time-frames
- Reporting and escalating site based issues and progress reports to senior management
- Work with Office team to maintaining material orders for site
Responsibilities & Experience
- A minimum of 3 years experience for a project home builder is preferred
- Working knowledge of the Residential Building Industry
- Good network with trades and suppliers and an ability to mentor and lead a team
- Builders Licence or Trade License preferred but not required
