An exciting role now exists for an Assistant Project Manager with a residential insurance builder and development company based in Clovelly. This position has potential to develop and grow quickly with the business.
The Role….. will work closely with Project Managers and Builders, communicating with clients and trades, assisting with overall Project Coordination and Building Assessing as well as general follow up administration.
For success … you will be personable with high level customer communication, have a passion for the building industry where you are looking to grow your career, take pride in your work delivery adopting a professional approach to everything that you do, have an understanding of construction terminology and be proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook. *Building knowledge with practical experience a strong advantage.
The position is Full Time with a salary commensurate with experience and a review after 6 months. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, enthusiastic, willing to learn, confident and reliable. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills and access a career in the building industry. Ideally you will have 1+ years previous work experience in Project Management with an understanding of the building industry and/or you may be in your final year of studying construction/project management.
