A. Company description
They provide high intensity, proactive services to a wide range of commercial clients. From general advice to full scale fitout projects. They offer a comprehensive service from ‘inception to completion’. Their services range from setting budgets, through to assisting their clients to move in. They are currently specialised in commercial fitouts projects such as office, retail and hospitality fitouts.
B. Responsibilities and missions
As an Information and Organisation Professional, you will be in charge of:
· Managing activities relating to delivery proposals, design and construction
· Coordinating subcontractors (trades)
· Managing relationships with design, construction and commercial teams as required
· Assisting in the administration of contracts on behalf of client organisations
· Developing and documenting scope of works for modification projects
· Liaising with internal (managers) and external (suppliers) stakeholders on all relevant technical aspects of the project.
· Attending meetings with the client and stakeholders as required
· Monitoring/reporting your construction progress from the program
Additional duties (which represents less than 10% of the job) for the Information and Organisation Professional’s are :
1. New sub-contractor identification and development
2. Participation to business development meeting
3. Support design and implementation of the company organisation evolutions
C. Applicant profile and competences / technical skills
· 2-4 years’ experience in a project or design engineering role, ideally in the construction sector
· Significant experience in a project related construction environment
· Degree qualified ideally in an Engineering or Business School (with specialisation in Project Management)
· Great communication and relationship management skills
· Good Excel skills and website update
· Excellent problem-solving ability
· Ability to understand and articulate project scope
· Writing project scope of works documents
· Commercially astute, strong communications and negotiation skills
· Subcontract management and formal communication skills
· Interface management with multiple stakeholders
· Understanding of the estimating process
· Experience in reviewing design documentation, providing constructive critic

· Attractive remuneration package - from $60,000 to $80,000 depending on experience.
