Now Careers are closely working alongside a large Fit-Out Sub-Contractor. We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for an on-going full time position on the Sunshine Coast. This company specialises in commercial and government projects up to $5M. This business has fantastic working conditions with a great culture throughout and a very talented trade team that you will be leading. 

The Opportunity

As an experienced Site Supervisor you will be responsible for the delivery of fit out and refurbishments projects on a commercial site on the Sunshine Coast.  You will be responsible for the successful delivery, quality, health & safety and programming of the job to bring it in on time and on budget. 

Key Requirements    

• Trade qualified in Carpentry or Shopfitting 
• Experience working with ceiling and partition trades will be highly regarded
• 3+ years' experience working on Fit out projects
• Experience in programming
• Have a strong understanding of OH&S and site procedures
• Proven track record of driving and management of trades
• Experience working for a Sub-Contractor
• The ability to Multitask and Problem solve
• Excellent communication skills with both clients and trades
