Reputable Mid-Tier commercial & industrial builder are looking for 2 x Site Foreman to assist managing the day to day running of site activities.

Their main focus is building across the Education, Aged Care & Health, Specialised Industrial, Retail, Logistics & Refurbishment sectors - They will from time to time work on residential projects however this would cover less than 10% of their order books.  

These guys have a reputation for low staff turnover and you will find across them numerous employees who have been with them for over 20 years. 

Over the course of your tenure with them you can expect to work across the following: 

• Design and Construct projects.
• New build projects including schools, colleges, military establishments, commercial and retail developments
• Major refurbishment & alteration projects 
• Most commercial and industrial buildings including  retail stores,warehouses production facilities, leisure facilities, hotels, offices and carparks.

Most of the above projects on average will be valued up to $50m.

Projects & Locations

• 1x Rose Bay ($25M Education Project)
• 1x Auburn ($12M Industrial Project)

• Trade Background
• 3-5 years`experience as a Site Foreman
• Track record of delivering challenging projects, on-time, within budget & with genuine client satisfaction 
• Ability to liaise effectively with various project stakeholders 
• Exposure to a range of construction methodologies 
• Experience working on projects up to $10M
• Strong references covering past 5 years 

Salary

160K - $170K
