Position Details
As the Project Assistant you will be responsible for the coordination and management of project schedules, documentation, and the management of administrative tasks.
You will also be required to manage all stakeholders and coordinate the project documentation control process for all projects.
Responsibilities:-
- Manage both internal and external consultants, builders, government authorities and stakeholders both on-site and off-site to execute the project deliverable and to administer the correct contract administration to each project.
- Assist the management of the Head Contractor, inspecting workmanship, providing feedback on performance, and building effective relationships with all stakeholders.
- Execute the projects' deliverables and to coordinating resolution of design and construction issues.
- Prepare and administer request for fee proposals, consultancy agreements, work recommendations, invoice processing, tender invitation administration, and construction contract administration.
- Stakeholder and client reporting and communication.
- Purchaser selection and change administration.
- Create working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with budget management and track project costs against budget.
- Monitor and report on key project milestones and metrics to all relevant stakeholders.
- Identify, formulate, and assist in the implementation of required policies and procedures.
- Manage internal communication and ensure projects stay within budget.
- Maintain knowledge and application of key project management principles and tools.
- Provide report translations to headquarters in China.
This role would suit someone with some experience in a similar role and enjoys working in a small and efficient team. We are looking for someone who can read, write and speak fluent Mandarin.
