An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contract Administrator who is seeking a long career with one of Australia’s leading builders. This position exists to deliver multiple Bank fitouts in Sydney commencing immediately and you will be exposed to the fast-paced world of Retail Banking Fitout.
  
The Multisites team have recently secured projects ranging from $50k - $9M, with an enthusiastic CA invited to join the team immediately.
  
The successful candidate will be responsible for administration of all commercial activities of the project. This role will also be responsible for advising and instructing the project team members on compliance with commercial requirements set out in the head contract, subcontracts, consultant and supply agreements, quality management systems, policies, guidelines and project specific procedures.
  
The ideal candidate will:
  • Possess a relevant degree
  • Have extensive experience managing contracts on high-end and high-profile fitout projects
  • Ideally have previous experience on Bank projects
  • Be quality focused and have the ability to assess risk
  • Be able to show longevity with past employers and exemplary references
