Pre-Construction Manager - Senior Leadership role

Redpath are very proud to be partnering with an industry leading national construction company, who are continuing to deliver and grow in the Sydney market. 

  
The company having been operating for over 40 years across Australia and are tendering / winning work from $10M - $150M in NSW across retail, health and education. The implementation of a new Senior leader from a Tier 1 background will certainly bring growth over the next 12 months, so it is a very exciting time to join then business in an integral role.

The ideal candidate will be forward thinking and progressive - looking to take on different responsibilities and shape their own role as the company grows.

Pre-construction Manager responsibilities:

• Managing bid team - Estimating, Design and Project Managers
• Converting tenders
• Bringing in new business 
• Stakeholder relationship management
• Supporting the State Manager with management of the branch
• Strategy and planning

The role would suit somebody with a Construction Management background within a Tier 1 or 2 Head Contractor, who is looking to lead a team and progress their career quickly. The successful candidate will have excellent presentation and communication skills.
