This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an Associate Director or capable Project Director to join a Tier 1 Consultancy working on landmark developments across NSW. Join an outstanding team and take the lead on major Hospital Developments over $200M.
My client has managed the construction of many of Australia's Highest profile Property Developments. This encapsulates major Commercial, Retail, Residential, Health, Education and more.
About the role
- Managing projects from inception to handover with the client whilst ensuring all objectives in regard to project scope, deadlines, cost, quality, risk management, communications, human resource management, procurement and integration are met

You'll lead and manage project stakeholders and develop effective client relationships through project activity and business development.

Guiding, mentoring and building the capability in the team by sharing your experiences and expertise
What you'll need to succeed

A Bachelor Degree or higher in project management, construction management, civil/ structural engineering, quantity surveying or architecture.

Strong experience in the construction industry delivering large scale projects in excess of $100M within the Health sector

Outstanding planning and organisational skills and the enthusiasm to keep on building those skills

Enviable interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative team focus

Sound commercial acumen with experience or keen interest in business development
