The Company
An opportunity has arisen with one of Australia's largest and most reputable construction companies for a Site Supervisor. Over the past one hundred years they have earned a reputation for delivering high quality projects in a diverse range of sectors including Commercial, Residential, Government, Health and Retail up to $250M.
This position
This position sits within their medium density residential division, specialising in building cottages, duplexes, low rise apartment towers, high end architectural designed homes and retirement villages up to $40M.
Your initial project will be located towards Sydney's Upper North Shore building luxury town houses.
Reporting in to the Project Manager you will play an integral position as part of the senior management team, where you will be responsible for the day to day management of the site, including;
- The management and coordinating all subcontractors and trades
- Coordination of suppliers and materials
- Ensuring the project is running in line with the programme, meets completion deadline and budget.
- Key stakeholder management
- Health & Safety
- Preparation of reports
The Successful candidate
- To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a proven track record delivering medium density residential projects as a site supervisor/foreman.
- Trades background & relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and leaderships skills
- The ability to build a rapport with subcontractors & stake holders
- Progressive nature
