The Company:

Now in their 30th year this builder who have been operating nationally building major commercial, residential, industrial and retail projects ranging in value from $50m to $500m.
Their divisions span the commercial, property, resources and public sectors with over $1.3b of work on the books they are in a great position for future work across SA and the Eastern Sea Board.

The Projects:

Seeking a Project Engineer - The initial project will depend on timing however you will be exposed to number of exciting projects
Current projects is a $180m Health Infrastructure projects in Hornsby
This particular project is a career enhancing projects where we are also looking for a Design Manager, as the PE would could step up to this position if your are the right candidate.

Your Background:

You'll have some 5 years' experience working for a tier 1/2 builder in the Sydney market
Ideally you''ll have a Construction management or Engineering Degree.
Strong Design management skills.
Ability to manage multiple work area simultaneously reporting to a Project Manager in a timely manner.
You'll possess strong communication and negotiation skills.
Strong building, experience ideally on large complex projects, Health, Education, Defence or Retail - experience on projects from $50m +
Youll be a team player with the ability to build excellent relationship internally and with the project stakeholders.
You must have good computer skills and, have strong communication skills with the ability to work for a small busy builder under your own self esteem.
