The opportunity now exists for a suitably experienced Operations Manager to join the Leadership team with overall responsibility for the field Project Team, Engineering, Workshop, Quality & WH&S with a focus on delivering successful projects to an established client base of well-respected iconic brands.
The successful candidate for this pivotal role will focus on ensuring effective utilisation of labour resources as well as overseeing technical, financial and administrative management of customers and projects.
As the ideal candidate you will have extensive experience in a similar position and be able to demonstrate the ability to lead, manage and motivate within a multidisciplinary team-based environment.
Your ability to plan, forecast, negotiate outcomes and problem solve with a ‘can do’ attitude will ensure your success in a growing business with a clear vision for the future and a commitment to achieving success for its employees and customers.
