Anyone qualified for this role will know the length and breadth of what’s involved.

1. Qualifications and experience which encapsulates oversight of the following across multiple commercial projects:
   • Contract admin
   • Procurement
   • Estimation
   • Construction
2. Meticulous cost control and financial acumen.
3. Coordination of Site Managers and eagle-eye view of what’s happening on site.
4. Knowledgeable translation of drawings through to a built reality.
5. Capacity to appropriately interact with all stakeholders, from clients to trades.

That’s across the board, but to win this role you’ll also need to demonstrate:

1. Empathy for the entire Project process, from Sales through to handover displayed through a strong teamwork ethic.
2. A solutions-based problem-solving mindset.
3. Strong, diplomatic communication capabilities.
4. An unflappable nature, and ability to multi-task with ease.
5. Freedom to travel nationally as needed to get the job done.
