Site Manager - South Brisbane Corridor

We are now looking to appoint a talented and experienced Site Manager to join our team and help make a real difference to our people, our processes and our customers in Queensland. Reporting into our Construction Manager, Queensland, your role will focus on ensuring the smooth management of multiple residential build projects and providing our customers with the best possible experience throughout the construction process.
As a values driven business, it’s important that you are well aligned to our brand and ways of working. As a result, this role will afford you the opportunity to spend a lot of time with the team in Melbourne as part of both your initial induction and on-boarding, as well as your ongoing training and development to best learn our systems, processes, values and customer service approach.

We’re looking for you to showcase your build to our clients by showing pride in the delivery of the very best quality home on time, to budget and to required safety standards.
 
Build times – we’re all about Respecting the Dream of our clients and so we’re looking for you to utilise your project management and workflow scheduling skills to effectively manage contractors and suppliers.
 
Budgets – you’ll already have a successful track record in managing budgets, extras to order, trade services and materials to deliver against allocated budget
 
Quality Control - here we’re simply talking about ensuring all homes are built to display standards before final inspection, work meet Australian Standards and Building Codes and your trades respect these expectations
 
OH&S – of course safety at site is paramount for us and your role will be pivotal in observing and promoting safe work practices in compliance with all policy and procedures
 
Customers -  our customers’ experience is what sets up apart and here you’ll professionally manage the customer journey, adhering to all allocated call cycles and meeting with the customer at key stages of the build process. 
 
So who are we looking for?
 
Given this is a critical customer facing role, we're interested in hearing from candidates who can demonstrate an outstanding customer service approach, along with strong people and project management skills. You will need to be tech savvy, with the ability to utilise systems and applications to manage these projects effectively. A strong understanding of, and background in, the construction industry is essential.
