Senior Project Manager job with a global D&C specialist in the fitout and refurbishment sector $20m projects
Your new company
I’m currently partnering with a Tier 1 D&C fitout and refurbishment specialist. Due to organic growth they are now looking to welcome a Senior Project Manager, who will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of a landmark project for the business.
You will be required to assist in the initial front-end works of the project and take responsibility for the overall delivery of the project.
Your main tasks will include:
- Attending tender interviews to secure major packages
- Generation of Construction programme
- Chair meetings with clients and subcontractors
- Frequent coordination between the design team and client to ensure a seamless delivery.
- Identify risks and opportunities in contract documentation
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Hold a tertiary qualification in Construction Management or a construction related field
- Possess a strong record of delivering D&C projects
- Excel in client facing situations and stakeholder management
- Hold a minimum of 5 years experience in the construction industry
- Be able to confidently run projects autonomously through all project phases
