Construction Supervisor - Melbourne's West

As we continue on our journey to become a world class company, we now have an incredibly exciting opportunity for a Construction Supervisor to join our Smart Living team in Melbourne's Western suburbs.

Reporting into one of our most experienced Construction Managers and supported by a close knit team, the focus of your role will be to manage the customer build journey by taking pride in the delivery of first time quality, to budget and required safety standards.

We're looking for individuals with a passion for residential construction who treat every single build as if it were their own dream home.

You love working with your customers and thrive on the challenge of managing trades, subcontractors and suppliers to deliver first time quality.

You're organised and process driven with the ability to work with scheduling programs and mobile technology to ensure job progress reports are accurate and up-to-date.

Ideally, you'll have strong construction knowledge but more importantly you are self-driven and have a thirst for knowledge and learning.
