About the business and the role

The core of the business is bulk excavation, shoring, detailed excavation and pavement construction. Due to the continued growth and exciting new projects, we are seeking qualified and experienced Civil construction Supervisors to join our team, preferably with a minimum of 5 years experince in the Australian Construction industry.
Job tasks and Responsibilities include;
- Written and Verbal Communication.
- Project Management experience with the ability to problem solve and think analytically.
- Demonstrate strong Leadership and team Motivation skills.
- Proven capability to manage projects valued between $1-$5m.
- Sound understanding of and implementation of all WHS&E and OH&S procedures.
- Understanding and management of cost control and productivity.
- Extensive experience in all the keys facets of our business particularly in bulk excavation, shoring and detailed excavation.
You will need to demonstrate experience in all facets of these works. You will also need a white-card and the relevant tickets and you must have at least 5 years experience in Civil Construction Industry to apply for this position. A Demolition licence is beneficial.
A team player is needed, along with a good work ethic and high regard to health and safety. We will also consider leading hands ready to set up and demonstrate leadership. Good communication skills and the capability to motivate the team is is a bonus.
