A Contracts Administrator is sought by an established Mechanical contractor to run on projects in the region of up to $10 million. 
The company have been long established within this niche field and require an additional Contracts Administrator to assist with a number of recently awarded projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience.
• A proven history working with an established contractor with local market knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Intelligent, ambitious and highly motivated
• Experience in managing contracts up to $10 million
• Ability to pick up a project from initial award of contract and run independently throughout the building process with minimal supervision
