Integra Floors are one of Australia's leading contractors in commercial flooring, specialising in vinyl, carpet, laminate, epoxy and floor preparation.
Since being established in 2000, Integra Floors has experienced substantial growth, and are now looking for another talented Project Manager to join the team.
Integra Floors offers a friendly, family orientated working environment with an excellent support network of experienced employees who are always willing to assist where they can.
This exciting role will require attention to detail, problem solving, and subcontractor coordination, with an admin and management team always available for support. You will be responsible for quoting, building relations with clients and managing the installation of floor coverings on commercial projects.
The core clients are shopfitters and builders with the company managing from their office a variety of projects nationwide including, but not limited to, retail fitouts, office fitouts, commercial kitchens, schools and gyms.
To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills:
- Flooring project management/coordinator experience essential
- Estimating skills and experience, able to do take offs from the plan
- Outgoing personality with the ability to build ongoing relationships with shopfitters and builders
- Eye for detail
- Highly self-motivated
- Honest with a good work ethic
- Able to work independently and within a team
Experience in commercial flooring project managing is preferred; however, experience in a similar role within the flooring industry will be considered.
