Reporting to the General Manager, this position is being created to streamline our operations and to offer our customers the highest level of customer service. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our on site team and sub-contractors (approx. 25) whilst showing a commitment to safety, team morale and achieving results!
To be considered for this position we are looking for a leader with the following attributes : -
- Great work ethic with the right attitude
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not essential
- Extensive experience working in the construction industry
- Proven track record in leading and managing an on site team
- Commitment to a safe work culture
- Able to build and maintain excellent customer & supplier relations.
- Be an effective problem solver
- Able to effectively plan and coordinate daily job schedules
- Able to demonstrate a high level of initiative
- Computer literate
