To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:
- A minimum 5 years Contract Administration experience across commercial construction projects, ideally refurbishments
- Previous D&C experience
- Strong procurement and head contract management background
Key Duties:
- Letting trade and service packages
- Head contract management
- Procurement
- Financial forecasting / Budget control in conjunction with the project manager
