We supply and install Synthetic Grass across many different markets in NSW.    Our young, vibrant team are committed to providing our customers with a seamless experience from start to finish.

Projects range from the smallest to the largest of scales and these can include Councils, Education/Schools, Public Works, Apartments, Residential, and many other market segments.   

Our brand new offices (including onsite parking), are located in Emu Plains in Western Sydney, just off the M4 motorway.  

Role

This role will see you mainly being responsible for the coordination of all our projects as well as supporting both the external and other internal sales staff.  This will also include maintaining and developing customer relationships and accounts.

The main areas of responsibility for the role will include but not be limited to;

  • Coordinate all our projects in our project management (PM)system (currently use Zoho Projects/CRM - training will be provided)
  • Liaising with clients/suppliers/contractors to ensure a smooth and seamless project experience
  • Ensuring the PM software is constantly up to date with accurate information
  • Creating purchase orders and sourcing materials required for each project
  • Arranging delivery of products/stock to site, including site visits during projects (may include you delivering products to site)
  • Also provide internal sales via telephone as well as seizing opportunities to up-sell to existing projects
  • Ensuring all orders/projects are completed in line with promised delivery and installation date
  • Provide assistance to Estimator/External Sales Team for site visits/measuring during busy periods
  • Maintain and develop customer relationships and accounts as well as securing new customers

Experience Needed

  • Excellent communication skills required for communicating with customers/suppliers/contractors
  • Excellent organisational & time keeping skills are essential
  • Experience with CRM's/PM tools would be an advantage
  • Excellent computer skills are essential
  • Drivers licence essential
  • Attention to detail extremely important to ensure smooth coordination of projects
  • Be proactive and a quick learner
  • Must be able to multi task and enjoy working in a fast paced environment
  • Strong work ethic and a desire to strive for customer satisfaction
  • Working with a building/construction product or company would be a real advantage
  • Hours: Mon- Fri 7am - 5pm (with occasional contractor site open up required on Saturday morning)
