Day to day responsibilities include:

• Thoroughly review tender documents and complete accurate quotations
• Processing Orders
• Communicate with clients via email and verbally on site and over the phone
• Liaise with colleagues to ensure all aspects of the project are delivered on time and within the expectations of the client
• Ad-hoc administration duties as required

What we are looking for:

• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
• Analytical and mathematical mindset
• Experience with tender documents and submitting accurate quotations from take offs an advantage
• Ability to meet deadlines and stay focused under pressure
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Flexibility, adaptability and ability to solve problems
• Computer literate
• Be a team player and build relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues
• Be physically fit
• Current drivers licence
