Randstad Mulgrave are on the hunt for customer focussed candidates in the food manufacturing, FMCG, Retail and Pharmaceutical industries located in the East, South-East and Bayside area who take pride in quality and top tier customer service.
Your role will play an important part in delivering a consistent and seamless customer experience and providing expertise in responding to customer orders and enquires.
On the hunt for:
- Reception
- Customer service
- Administration
- Data Entry
- Order Entry
- Executive Assistant
- Reception
- Office managers
- Purchasing
What you'll need to succeed:
- Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship
- Drivers licence and car
- Experience in a customer service and/or administration
- Experience in the Food manufacturing, FMCG, Pharmaceutical and/or Retail industry
- Experience with and ERP OR MRP System
Your general responsibilities will incorporate but aren't limited to:
- Providing exceptional customer service to all consumers as well as internal and external stakeholders
- Efficient and professional response to all consumers
- Effectively handling a wide variety of calls and emails in relation to orders
- EDI Order entry
Desired additional skills:
- Proficiency in SAP, Pronto, JD Edwards or working knowledge of an order management system
