About the role

Join a team responding to finance enquires with the objective to deliver great customer outcomes.  You will be responsible for identifying mortgage and protection opportunities to support our broker network. 

As the Direct Sales Consultant you will be using exceptional people skills in order to build rapport with customers and identify sales opportunities in order to deliver against sales targets.    

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Outbound warm leads to provide information about our services and products
• Handling and overcoming objections
• Live transfers to mortgage consultants.
• Build strong relationships and liaise with key internal and external stakeholders
• Maintaining CRM database
• Contribute to team performance by achieving agreed KPI's

Skills and experience

• Contact Centre experience 
• Strong sales skills desireable
• Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone
• Experience in mortgages and insurance desirable but not essential
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Tertiary education in finance or business preferred but not essential
