We are seeking people who are able to demonstrate the following capabilities:

  • Resolving customer service technology related issues
  • Dedicated to improving customer satisfaction
  • Outstanding communication skills, including excellent verbal and written English
  • Analytical approach with a high attention to detail
  • Advanced judgment, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop solutions that target root causes
  • Maintains a positive attitude through periods of change and is professional in all work situations
  • And looking to develop their career into higher roles such as Team Leader, Trainer and Quality Assurance Analysts.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the required technical skills and experience:

  • Use of computer based applications such as Address Book, Outlook, Calendar and Contacts
  • Easily navigate common computer tasks, including opening and closing windows, navigation of the folders, launch and quit applications, select portions of text or other items using the mouse, copy/cut and paste text, save and print documents
  • Ability to change system settings via control panels or system preferences
  • Ability to install and remove applications
  • Knowledge of different media types used on computers and/or portable media players
  • Experience in a technical support role would be highly regarded, but not essential.
